Finance Manager 

Responsibilities
1. Lead overall finance and accounting operations in Taiwan.
2. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and treasury activities.
3. Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
4. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Taiwan statutory and tax requirements.
5. Coordinate external audits and maintain effective internal controls.
6. Monitor business performance, costs, and budget execution.
7. Lead and develop the Finance team.
8. Partner with local and regional management on strategic initiatives and annual planning.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
2. 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3. Strong knowledge of Taiwan accounting, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
4. Knowledge of ERP (SAP) is preferred.
