公用課經理 Utilities Manager | 屏東酒廠 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Leads the Utilities team consisting of Utilities Operators and Technicians to ensure smooth utilities operations including energy and waste water system.

RESPONSIBILITY

Ensures utilities are managed in a safe way and are compliant with law and regulation.
Ensure energy consumption is in-line with energy KPI.
Manages utilities according to required quality specifications.
Leads site sustainability agenda, such as water and energy reduction and carbon emission reduction.
Manages and secures reliable Utilities supply.
Manages external service providers and supports contracting/evaluation.
Ensures proper CO2 beneficiation management.
Ensures proper NH3 / cold distribution management.
Ensures proper Steam distribution management.
Ensures proper Compressed Air distribution management.
Leads/manages the Utilities team of zone technicians. Ensures proper team alignment and is responsible for the performance and technical development of the team (i.e. including performance evaluations/reviews).
Manages team’s skill profiles, certificates and workforce capacity.
Ensures and coordinates proper handover between operations and maintenance for all Utilities maintenance jobs + handles/manages all communication and coordination between the execution team and operations during execution of the work.
Ensures, manages and coordinates proper handover between the planning & scheduling team and the execution team.
Ensures proper coordination and handover for spares from and to the spare parts store.
Analyses and controls the Utilities process to meet performance requirements.
Ensures 5S and CILT execution for utilities.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor level with technical background
Minimum of 3 years management experience in technical surrounding (leading and coaching a team), preferably within maintenance and/or operations.
Well experienced in Utilities (process) management, handling and control.
General knowledge of maintenance and good knowledge of operations.
People management and leadership.
